Only the buyer can sign for his/her parcel, no one else can
The buyer MUST DO
1) If the box is delivered to you badly damaged, do not even sign for it/do not accept it!, ask it to be returned to the sender under the grounds of box being damaged.
2) Before signing for the box, you have the right to open the box in the presence of the delivery person and check that everything is fine with the content of the box. If there are damages, do not accept the box, the delivery person should give you a form to fill. you must state all damages!
