This drawing below will give you an approximate time (in days) of the delivery of your parcel. Please note that in rare cases delivery may take longer (up to 25 days) specially during Christmas time or Easter.
Prior to processing your order, a 48-hour period is given to all customers in case they wish to cancel their order.
Processing time: 1-2 days
Packaging time: 1 day
Shipping time: 5-7 days
In other words delivery normally takes up to 12 days. (If you have not received your parcel within 12 days, please email us).

Although we offer free shipping anywhere in the world, insurance is NOT provided/included with your free shipping.
At checkout insurance charge of your parcel is automatically added.
Custom charges
UK customers NEVER pay custom charges. Most EU countries do not pay custom charges.
