- Delivery -
Delivery can take up to 21 days in some cases, in other cases, delivery can take 7-10 days. We always provide our customers with a tracking number. If you have not received a tracking number after 7 days, please contact us as soon as possible. Please, bear in mind that your order is not sent from the UK.
- Insurance -
Insurance is NOT provided/included with your free shipping. If you wish to insure your order, please email us and we will quote you an insurance price. Insurance prices differ for different items. You need to email us before paying for your order. If you have not taken insurrance with us and your item arrives damaged to you ( damages caused by delivery companies, minor damages ) you will pay for the shipping of the new parts.
It is best to insure your item for a small fee (between £35-50). This will save you money.
Custom charges
Most of our customers DO NOT pay custom charges, but we cannot guarantee that you won't.
